Der Aufruf des region capacities endpoint funzt nicht wenn -1 mitgegeben wird:

Kannst du das mal anschauen @stoffelmauro

ACHTUNG: Ich habe überall Caching eingebaut, das heisst muss das Caching am Beginn und Ende der Funktion kurz auskommentieren zum Testen.
